    Hello, this is Laura Lopez. For my final project, I chose to read the book Real-Time Marketing and PR: How to Instantly Engage Your Market, Connect with Customers, and Create Products that Grow Your Business Now by David Meerman Scott. Published years after the invention of both the Social Web and social media, in 2011, Scott is a marketing and sales strategist, as well as a highly sought after public speaker. Having spoke at conferences around the world, to include the Public Relations Society of America and Austin’s very own South by Southwest, former gigs at NewsEdge Corporation and Knight-Ridder add to his already impressive resume.
